How To Use:

– Lubricate the two spindles with oil
– Align the hook with the retracting safety pin so that the hook is mounted on the spring
– Place the two sets of hooks on opposite parts of each other
– Push the safety pin into the locked position on the hook
– Using a 3/4 inch or 19mm sleeve and a ratchet to rotate the spindle, press the strut spring enough to safely remove the fastening nut of the fixed cartridge
